Qualified Electrician – Job Advertisement

Cableworks Electrical are on the hunt for a good sort to join our team of high energy, hardworking sparkies.

Our workshop is in Kapiti but we work all over Wellington, including Hutt Valley, Wellington and Porirua.

You would be doing a mixture of mostly residential electrical work such as New Builds, Renovations, EV Charger Installs, Solar, Security, Landscaping installations, Automation and Audio-Visual. We also work on some commercial installations, but 80-90% residential

You would be working independently and on team projects, we take on a vast variety of work to keep things interesting.

The successful candidate must have the following:

• Hold a current NZ Electrical Practicing License with hands on NZ electrical experience
• Have good knowledge and experience of the electrical industry
• Hold a Full and clean NZ Drivers License
• Have great customer service skills and enjoy exceeding customer expectations
• Be able to work un-supervised, run your own jobs and train apprentices.
• Be competent with job management software and managing job documentation including quotes, plans, certification, and checklists.
• Have great work ethic and a positive vibe
